Renewal reminders and expiring card emails

When Zapped emails you about a yearly renewal or a card that is about to expire.

We email you before a yearly plan renews and when your card is close to its expiry date, so a charge never surprises you.

Use this guide when

You received one of these emails, or want to know what to expect.

Steps

  1. Read the email. A renewal email names the plan, the date and the amount. An expiry email names the last four digits of the card and its date.
  2. To change or cancel a yearly plan, open the Plan page before the renewal date.
  3. To update a card, choose Update my payment card or open Manage payment method.

You do not need to do anything to keep your plan on renewal.
