Tell us about your team and we email a quote with a link to pay by card, with no call.

The quote page is for teams that want a price in writing before they order. You fill in a short form, and we email you a quote that you can pay by card.

Use this guide when

You want a written quote, you have more than 200 people, or you are a reseller, a school or a nonprofit.

Before you start

Know roughly how many people need a card and whether you want a setup service.

Steps

Open the quote page, titled Get a quote by email.
Enter Your name, Work email, Company or organization and Country.
Answer How many people need a card? and Which plan are you thinking of?. You can choose Team, Business or Not sure.
Say whether you are a reseller or agency, choose Yearly (setup half off) or Monthly, and say whether you want us to set everything up for you. Add a note if you like.
Choose Email me my quote. Nothing is charged. You pay by card on the order page only when you decide to go ahead.

There are no sales calls. Quotes and questions are handled by email, and you pay by card.

What you get back

For a standard team you see a page titled Your quote is on its way, and we email Your Zapped quote with the plan, the total today, the schedule of charges and an Order and pay by card button. On a monthly quote the button reads Try free for the number of trial days.

We suggest a plan for the number of people. When a smaller plan also fits because each person uses one card, the quote says so, so you can choose.

When we price it by hand

For more than 200 people, resellers and agencies, schools, associations and nonprofits, you see We got your quote request. We price it by hand and email you a custom quote with a card payment link.

Good ways to use this

Count the people who need a card, not only the people who sign in.
Choose yearly if you will keep the plan, because setup is half off with it.
Reply to the quote email with any questions.

Common questions

Can I pay by invoice?

No. Every plan is paid by card.

Is the quote the same price as the plan page?

Yes for standard teams. A quote uses the same prices as the plan page.

Is there a limit on requests?

You can send up to 10 requests from one address and 5 for one email each hour. After that, try again in an hour.

If something looks wrong

If the quote email does not arrive, check spam, then send the form again with the correct email.
If the quote page sends you to the plan page, the team plans are not open on this account yet.
