Understand the Dashboard

Use the Dashboard to see card activity, setup guidance, and the next useful action.

The Dashboard gives you a quick view of the active workspace, card activity, and useful next steps.

Read the Dashboard

  1. Open Dashboard from the left navigation.
  2. Check the workspace switcher at the top to confirm whose resources you are viewing.
  3. Review card views, visitors, and interactions for the selected time period.
  4. Use the setup guidance or the primary action to make the next improvement to a card.
  5. Open Cards or Statistics when you need to examine a specific card in more detail.

The workspace switcher identifies the resource context for every Dashboard metric.

Good ways to use this

  • Use the Dashboard as a quick health check, then open Cards or Statistics for detailed investigation.
  • Compare activity over a meaningful period before changing a card based on a small number of visits.
  • Confirm the active workspace first, especially when you belong to more than one team.

Common questions

Why did my numbers change after switching workspaces?

Dashboard metrics reflect the workspace currently shown in the switcher. Personal and shared workspaces have separate resources.

Why are some metrics empty?

New cards or cards with limited sharing may not have enough visitor activity yet. Share the card and check again later.

If something looks wrong

  • If a card is missing from Dashboard counts, open Cards and confirm the card belongs to the active workspace.
  • If team data is missing, check that your role and access scope include the resource you expect to see.
