Edit settings for your vCard

Open a card editor to update its identity, appearance, sharing controls, and public settings.

The vCard editor controls the information and presentation visitors see when they open your card.

Open and update the card editor

  1. Open Cards and find the card you want to change.
  2. Choose the card’s edit action.
  3. Update the settings section that matches your goal.
  4. Save your changes and use the preview to check the public card.
  5. Open Blocks when you need to change buttons, links, or contact actions.
Fictional Zapped vCard editor with settings sections and preview.
Use the card editor for details and styling, then use Blocks for visitor actions.

Good ways to use this

  • Make one group of changes at a time and preview after larger edits.
  • Keep public-facing labels short, clear, and action oriented.
  • Review the card on mobile after changing images, layout, or the top blocks.

Common questions

Will edits change my public card link?

Normal content and design edits do not change the public link. Changing the URL alias can change what visitors need to open.

Can teammates edit my card?

Only teammates with the right role and access scope can edit cards in a shared workspace. Personal workspace cards remain yours.

If something looks wrong

  • If a saved change is not visible publicly, refresh the public card and confirm you edited the correct card.
  • If an editor section is unavailable, check whether your role allows editing for that workspace resource.
