Settings contains your profile and visual options. Blocks controls the actions and content visitors can use on the card.

You want to update your profile and card settings without changing the live card until you publish.
Before you start
- Sign in and select the workspace that owns the card. A shared workspace may limit which cards you can view or edit.
Steps
- Open Cards and choose the card to edit.
- Use Settings to update Profile, Theme and Customizations.
- Choose Edit text to change supported text in the preview. Use Blocks for card actions and content.
- Check the save status. Review your changes and choose Publish to update your public card.
An editor preview can contain unpublished changes. Check the public URL separately when verifying what visitors see.
Choose the right editing area
Settings contains profile information, theme and customizations. Blocks contains the actions and content visitors use, including Lead Forms. Edit text lets you select supported wording directly in the card preview.
Saving a draft lets you continue later without updating the public version. Check Review and Preview draft before publishing, especially after changing layout or enabling a form.
Good ways to use this
- Group related profile changes into one review.
- Check the chosen theme after changing images or long text.
- Verify the live card separately from its private preview.

Can another workspace member edit?
Only when their role and card access allow it.
If something looks wrong
- If your public card looks unchanged, check for unpublished draft changes.
- If a save fails, keep the editor open and retry before leaving.
