Are projects the same as workspaces?
No. A workspace is the overall account context. Projects are groups inside that workspace.

Open Projects to organize related cards and review the project groups in the active workspace.
Projects are organizational groups inside the workspace you are currently viewing.
Open Projects
- Open Dashboard.
- Choose Projects from the left navigation.
- Confirm the active workspace in the switcher.
- Review the project list, then use filters or the create action as needed.
Good ways to use this
- Use projects for groups that people will search for later, such as clients, offices, campaigns, or departments.
- Keep project names stable when they are used for teammate access scopes.
- Review project membership before changing a teammate to selected-project access.
Common questions
Can projects control teammate access?
Yes. Selected-project access can limit a teammate to only the projects assigned to their membership.
If something looks wrong
- If a project is missing, confirm the active workspace and clear any list filters.
- If a teammate cannot see project cards, review their access scope in Teams.
