How to access Account payments

The Payments page lists payment records connected to your Zapped account.

Use this guide when you need to review past payments or find billing information.

Before you start

Sign in as a user who has permission to view account payments.

Open Payments

1. Open Dashboard.
2. Choose your account name in the bottom-left area.
3. Select Payments from the account menu.
4. Review the payment list.
5. Use export or receipt options if they are available for your account.
