Can I connect a domain I do not own?
No. You need access to the DNS settings for the domain or subdomain you want to connect.

Access the Custom domains section
Open Custom domains to review and manage branded domains connected to Zapped.
Custom domains lets you manage branded URLs for cards and supported Zapped pages.
Open Custom domains
- Open Dashboard.
- Choose Custom domains from the left navigation.
- Confirm the workspace in the switcher.
- Review the list or choose Connect custom domain to add a domain.
Good ways to use this
- Use subdomains when your root domain already hosts an important website.
- Keep domain ownership and DNS access with the person responsible for the brand domain.
- Review connected domains after DNS or hosting changes outside Zapped.
Common questions
Are domains tied to a workspace?
Yes. The domain list reflects the active workspace shown at the top of the app.
If something looks wrong
- If a domain is missing, confirm the active workspace and check whether another owner connected it elsewhere.
- If a domain status looks stale, open the domain details and review the current DNS instructions.
