Why do I see different cards after signing in?
You may be viewing a different workspace. Use the workspace switcher to move between Personal and accepted shared workspaces.

Sign in securely and continue to your Personal or shared workspace.
Signing in opens the workspace connected to your Zapped account.
Sign in
- Open Sign in.
- Enter the email address and password for your Zapped account.
- Complete any verification prompt shown by Zapped.
- After sign-in, use the workspace switcher if you need to open an accepted shared workspace.

- Use the same email consistently so cards, teams, and invitations stay connected to one account.
- After signing in, check the workspace switcher before creating or editing resources.
- Use password recovery instead of creating a second account when you cannot remember your password.
Common questions
Why is my team invitation missing?
The invitation may be tied to another email address or alias. Sign in with the exact invited address.
If something looks wrong
- If sign-in loops back to the login page, clear browser cookies for the local site or try a private browser window.
- If team resources are missing, confirm the invitation is accepted and the active workspace is the team workspace.
