Create your first vCard

Create a digital business card, personalize it, and share it from Zapped.

A Zapped vCard is a digital business card that can hold your contact details, links, profile image, and practical next actions.

Before you start

  • Decide on the public card name and URL you want people to use.
  • Keep a profile image and the most important contact details nearby.

Create and customize the card

  1. Open Dashboard and choose Create vCard.
  2. Enter a name and URL alias that you are comfortable sharing publicly.
  3. Save the card, then open its editor to add your profile details and branding.
  4. Use the Blocks area to add actions such as email, phone, a website, or a booking link.
  5. Preview the public card and test its link on a phone before sharing it.

Good ways to use this

  • Start with the information a new contact needs first: name, role, company, direct contact action, and one useful link.
  • Use a short public URL alias that is easy to say out loud and easy to type from a printed card.
  • Preview the card on a phone before sharing it widely, because most visitors will open it from mobile.

Common questions

Can I change the card after sharing it?

Yes. You can update the card content later without changing the public link, as long as you keep the same URL alias.

Should I create one card or several cards?

Create one card when the same profile serves every audience. Create separate cards when different people, locations, brands, or campaigns need different contact details.

If something looks wrong

  • If the public card does not show your latest changes, save the editor again and refresh the public page.
  • If the URL alias is unavailable, choose a more specific version of the name, brand, or campaign.
