Use Teams I manage for membership groups you own. Use Workspaces I can open for accepted workspaces and invitations from another owner.
The Teams page separates groups you manage from shared workspaces and invitations available to your account.
Respond to an invitation
If you see Accept and open, your current account email is already verified. Review the workspace name, role, and scope, then accept or decline in Zapped.
If you see Verify email, select it. Zapped sends a secure message to the exact invited address.
Open the newest message and select Review secure invitation. Sign in with the invited address if asked.
After Invitation verified appears, return to Teams, the notification reminder, or the workspace switcher and select Accept and open or Decline.
Know what each action means
Verify email
Send a secure message to prove the exact invited address before accepting or declining in Zapped.
Accept and open
The invitation is verified and ready to bind to the signed-in recipient.
Open workspace
The membership is accepted and the workspace is available, but it is not active until you open it.
Switch to Personal
Return to resources owned by your signed-in account.
Open an accepted workspace
Select Open workspace from Teams or choose the workspace in the workspace switcher. Confirm the name, role, and access scope before you continue.
Return to Personal
Open the workspace switcher and choose Personal, or use Switch to Personal where it appears. Switching changes the resources currently in view. It does not change your signed-in account.
If verification does not work
Confirm you are signed in with the exact invited email address. Zapped does not treat aliases or another account as the invited person.
Select Verify email again only if the earlier message is unavailable. Delivery is rate limited, so check your inbox before retrying.
If the link is invalid or no longer current, ask the owner to choose Resend invite, then use the newest message.
