Create a block for your vCard

Add contact actions, links, social profiles, and other useful content to a card.

Blocks are the individual pieces of content and actions people can use on a vCard.

Add and arrange blocks

  1. Open the card editor from Cards.
  2. Choose the Blocks section.
  3. Choose Add Block and select the type that matches the content you need.
  4. Enter the details, save the block, and set a clear visitor-facing label.
  5. Preview the card and arrange important blocks near the top.

Blocks control the useful actions visitors can take from a card.

Good ways to use this

  • Put the most important action near the top, such as Call, Email, Book, or Visit website.
  • Use visitor-friendly labels instead of internal shorthand.
  • Remove old or duplicate blocks so the card stays easy to scan.

Common questions

How many blocks should a card have?

Use as many as the visitor truly needs, but keep the first few actions focused. Too many choices can make the card harder to use.

Can I reorder blocks?

Yes. Arrange blocks so the most important visitor actions appear first.

If something looks wrong

  • If a block opens the wrong destination, check the URL, phone number, email, or handle saved inside that block.
  • If a block does not appear publicly, confirm it is saved and enabled for the card.
