Recover your Zapped account
Request a password reset and safely regain access to your account.
The password recovery flow sends a reset link to the email address connected to your account.
Reset your password
- Open Forgot password.
- Enter the email address used for your Zapped account.
- Open the reset email and follow its secure link.
- Choose a new unique password and sign in again.
Good ways to use this
- Request recovery only from the official Zapped sign-in flow.
- Use a new password that you have not used on another service.
- After recovery, check Account settings to confirm the email and profile are still correct.
Common questions
Will recovery affect my cards?
No. Resetting the password changes account access only. Your cards and projects remain in place.
If something looks wrong
- If the reset email does not arrive, confirm you entered the account email and check spam or mail filtering.
- If the reset link has expired, request a fresh recovery email and use the newest link.
