How team pricing works

The plans

Each plan size lists the people it covers, the live cards your team can have switched on and the member logins. Prices are in US dollars.

People and logins are different things. People are the team members who get a card. Member logins are the places you can give to teammates who sign in to Zapped as Admin, Editor or Viewer. Each teammate you invite takes one login, Viewers included, and a pending invitation counts right away. After acceptance the member keeps using that login, and cancelling, declining or letting the invitation expire after 14 days releases it. You, the owner, do not use a member login. Someone can have a card without ever signing in.

• Solo: 1 person, 3 live cards, your own login as the owner. $19 a month, or $15 a month billed yearly ($180).
• Team 5: 5 people, 7 live cards (2 spares), 5 member logins. $79 a month, or $59 a month billed yearly ($708).
• Team 10: 10 people, 15 live cards (5 spares), 10 member logins. $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly ($948).
• Team 20: 20 people, 25 live cards (5 spares), 20 member logins. $159 a month, or $129 a month billed yearly ($1,548).
• Team 30: 30 people, 35 live cards (5 spares), 30 member logins. $219 a month, or $179 a month billed yearly ($2,148).
• Business 40: 40 people, 50 live cards (10 spares), 40 member logins. $249 a month, or $199 a month billed yearly ($2,388).
• Business 60: 60 people, 70 live cards (10 spares), 60 member logins. $349 a month, or $279 a month billed yearly ($3,348).
• Business 80: 80 people, 90 live cards (10 spares), 80 member logins. $449 a month, or $359 a month billed yearly ($4,308).
• Business 100: 100 people, 110 live cards (10 spares), 100 member logins. $549 a month, or $439 a month billed yearly ($5,268).

More than 100 people: packs

Business plans grow in packs of 25 people. Each pack adds 25 people and 25 live cards for $100 a month, or $80 a month billed yearly ($960 a year). Packs take a Business plan up to 200 people. Each pack works out at $4 a person a month, so your price per person keeps going down as you grow.

Over 200 people, resellers, schools, associations and nonprofits get a quote by email. Use the contact page and tell us how many people you have.

What each plan includes

Every plan includes QR and NFC sharing for every card and the lead Inbox. The plans differ in who they are built for.

• Solo: For one person: up to 3 live cards (for example an everyday card, an event card and a side business), the lead Inbox, QR and NFC for every card, stats and leads kept for 12 months, and one login. The Zapped badge stays on Solo cards. Solo has no shared team Inbox and no custom domain.
• Team: A card for every person plus spares, every lead in one shared Inbox with export at any time, email signatures for everyone, 1 custom domain, cards that can be found on Google, leads sent to your CRM with Zapier or webhooks, CSV profile import, stats and leads kept for 12 months, and the Zapped badge on by default, with a switch on each card to turn it off.
• Business: Everything in Team, plus 10 spares, the option to remove Zapped branding, up to 10 teams for offices or brands that each have their own members and access, up to 5 custom domains, loading and updating your team by API or MCP, custom CSS and JavaScript, Meta and Google tracking pixels, stats and leads kept for 24 months, and priority email support.

Yearly or monthly

Yearly is shown as a monthly price and charged for the whole year on the day you order. There is no trial on yearly, so your plan starts right away, and any setup service is half off. Send your setup details after you pay. If you add the setup while switching a trial to yearly, building waits until your first yearly payment succeeds.

Monthly starts with a 7 day free trial on every plan. We ask for a payment card to start and email you before the trial ends with the date and the amount. Cancel before then and you pay nothing for the plan. Each account and each card gets one trial, so a returning account starts paid today.

Every plan comes with 30 day money back. Ask within 30 days of your first payment and we refund your plan. After a free trial, the 30 days start on the first charge.

• Count the people who need a card, not only the people who sign in.
• Keep a spare live card ready for events and new hires.
• Turn off a card you no longer need instead of deleting it, so it stays saved.
