What do we get when we pay yearly?

You pay $79 a month instead of $99 for 10 people, billed as $948 today, and setup is half off: $249 instead of $499. There is no trial on yearly. We usually start building within one business day of receiving your details, and your first draft follows within 5 business days of the start. You review it, then we go live.

How does the free trial work?

Monthly plans start with a free trial: 7 days on every plan. We ask for a card to start, and we email you before the trial ends with the date and the amount. Cancel before then and you are not charged. Yearly plans start right away instead, with 30 day money back.

What if it is not right for us?

30 day money back on your plan. Setup is refundable for 30 days, or until we start building. Sending your details does not close the refund window. It closes when we start building, and after 30 days you can still send your details and we build it. Ask within 30 days of your first charge (on a monthly plan, the day the trial ends) and we refund your plan in full. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the month.

How many cards do we get?

One live card for every person on your plan, plus spares the whole team can share: 5 on Team (2 on Team 5) and 10 on Business. Cards you turn off and drafts do not count toward your plan, so you can keep event cards, seasonal cards and next week’s new hire ready and switch them on when you need them. You can store up to 3 times your live cards, so turned off cards and drafts stay ready.

What if we have more than 100 people?

Add people to Business in packs of 25 for $100 a month each, up to 200 people. Each pack costs $4 a person, so your price per person keeps going down as you grow. Over 200, or reselling to clients, email us for a quote.

What happens when we hire or someone leaves?

Moving to a bigger team works right away: you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Moving to a smaller team takes effect at your next renewal. Turning off a card frees its spot straight away.

Will our price go up?

No. Your price never goes up while you keep your plan, even if our prices change. If you move to a different plan, the new plan is at the prices of that day.

Do we need to get on a call?

No. Start right away or try it free, and we set everything up from a short form. Questions and quotes are all handled by email.

We already have a Zapped plan. Does anything change?

No. Your current plan, price and cards stay exactly as they are. You can move to Team or Business whenever you want the new team features.
