Where to paste your signature
Each mail app keeps its signature in its settings. Paste with the normal paste command so the formatting stays.

What makes a signature work
- Keep it short. Name, role, company and one or two ways to reach you are enough.
- Use text, not one big image. Text stays readable when a mail app blocks images, and people can copy your number.
- Check it on a phone. Most email is read on a phone, so send yourself a test message.

Is this email signature generator free?
Yes. It is free to use, with no account, and nothing you type is sent to Zapped.
Can I remove the Made with Zapped link?
Yes. Untick the box under the form and the link is gone.
Why did my signature lose its formatting?
Paste it with the normal paste command, not paste as plain text. If your mail app asks for HTML, press Copy HTML instead.
Can I add a photo or logo?
Not in this free tool. A Zapped account adds signature templates with your logo, photo and a QR code built from your digital card.
